In Italy 27 years ago last

We were last in Italy in May '81 and looking at my journal notes I write about much the same things - food, countryside, buildings, art and trying to get Fred to behave, some things are so constant in my life.I seemed to have had a quirky obsession with the bathrooms in my 20's, wherever we travelled I journalled about the state of the bathroom and I am not sure why . I also seemed less inclined to walk, whereas now I am loving the thought of walking the Umbrian hills from La Villa.Loved a note about paying a fortune for coffee and beer in Venice - R6!
